Our egg donation agency, The Chosen One, is dedicated to matching compassionate donors with hopeful recipients seeking to build families. We prioritize integrity, safety, and support throughout the donation process, ensuring donors feel valued and cared for every step of the way. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Donor Coordinator to join our team. The Donor Coordinator will be responsible for managing relationships with donors, organizing fundraising events, and ensuring effective communication to maintain donor satisfaction and support for our organization's mission.

This position is primarily responsible for coordinating egg donor and recipient cycle, but not limited to it. The Donor Coordinator provides intended parents who are searching for an egg donor with information and support during the entire process. Guiding donation cycles will require email follow ups with intended parents, donors, clinics, fellow team members, phone calls, zoom meetings with clinical teams, etc. The Coordinator works in a collaborative relationship with several clinics across the state. The donor coordinator is also the main communication line between all parties and team members, assisting with the day-to-day activities that take place and will be further explained upon hiring.

This position will be Full-Time 40 hours a week, in our office located in San Diego. Must have a reliable form of commuting to the office.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in office settings is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in donor management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Commitment to ethical fundraising practices and donor stewardship.
