Are you a Personal Trainer who thrives on the energy of a small group workout but also enjoys the relationship building that comes with Personal Training? Alloy Personal Training Daybreak is looking add full-time or part-time fitness professionals to the team Alloy recently opened in Utah and has been at the forefront of the industry for over 30 years by consistently maintaining elite science based training protocols focused on semi-private personal training. Our programming is tested in real facilities, created by degreed exercise physiologists, doctors of physical therapy, registered dietitians and other behavioral specialists. With 2 studios currently open in Daybreak and Highland and a 3rd in development, we are looking to add team members interested in the opportunity to grow with us in the community. Unlike many fitness studios that are teaching large group exercise classes to the masses or boot camps to 20 or more people, we specialize in personal training a small number of clients with a focus on functional strength training and relationship building. Our sessions are typically 3-4 clients which allows us to properly personal train clients based on their goals, fitness level, and injury history while still providing that sense of community.

Responsibilities:

  • Personal train clients each day with proper customization for each individual's needs.
  • Adhere to Alloy guidelines for workout protocols and exercises.
  • Coach clients through a dynamic warm up and workout, making adjustments based on the client's goals and requirements.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and behavior while on and off the exercise floor.
  • Attend all Staff Meetings and gym functions.
  • Properly record and update all client information in Alloy software.
  • Help people reach their fitness goals and have fun doing it

Requirements:

  • Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification
  • CPR/AED Certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous personal training, physical therapy, or group exercise experience
  • 4 year college degree in Exercise Science or health related field
  • Nationally recognized Nutrition Certification
  • Experience with Instagram and Facebook
