Job Description

The National Training Manager (NTM) supports a Franchise organization in the design and delivery of training solutions to a field patient services organization. An NTM ensures both Training & Development and Franchise Strategy are effectively represented in all training programs and solutions. This role is accountable for quickly building relationships with key stakeholders and managing several stakeholders at various levels. The role requires a high level of performance coaching, strategy alignment/execution, and application of training fundamentals to enhance the performance learning of participants.

Core JobResponsibilities:

Designs, develops, and delivers compliant learning solutions that increases the effectiveness and credibility of participantsBuilds trust and credibility with key stakeholders through regular interaction, evidenced by feedback and proven working partnershipsLeverages existing Learning & Development core platforms and content within the Franchise training to limit duplicative effortsDemonstrates direct and open communication with key stakeholders resulting in positive relationships and mutual alignmentProvides candid and specific verbal & written feedback to training participants resulting in their awareness of strengths and weaknesses including a plan for improved performanceProvides coaching and feedback to National Field Trainers (NFT) across the organization to help them to be the best NFT they can be.Recognizes the skill level of training participants and adjusts coaching and training techniques to meet the needs of individualsDevelops Guest Trainers and/or Rotational Trainers by providing them a meaningful role in the class, one-to-one coaching including performance feedbackDemonstrates and applies knowledgeofall stakeholder businesses, strategies, andpriorities and integrates training activities into franchise team business plansLeads cross-functional initiatives and may be responsible for additional special projects within the training organizationAssists with the onboarding, development, and mentorship of other NFTs and leads through teamwork cultivating and maintaining positive peer-to-peer relationshipsExecutes with little guidance and/or direction from senior leadership

Qualifications
Bachelors degree5+ years of field experience in pharmaceutical industry as an Account Executive or Field Access Specialist with knowledge of the medical buy-and-bill processKnowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical Products (e.g. CFR 210/211, cGMP)Prior experience leading projects with regional or national impactHigh performing track record and strong understanding of what drives success in a commercial organizationDemonstrated ability to work with a variety of individuals at all levels of management to develop partnerships and align training with the business strategyProven ability to integrate business trends, brand strategies, and marketplace drivers into plans that drive competitive advantage to the organization

Preferred:

Masters DegreePrior access and reimbursement experience with medical buy-and-bill productsPrior experience in Patient ServicesPrevious project management experienceKnowledge and exposure to health sciences, market access and/or account management is preferred
