Estamos buscando un hablante nativo de español para desempeñarse como Maestro/a Líder en nuestra escuela de Programa de los Años Primarios (PYP) IB. Esta es una oportunidad excepcional para liderar el desarrollo académico y personal de nuestros estudiantes, que abarca desde los 3 años en adelante.

Requisitos:

  • Hablante nativo de español con competencia demostrada en inglés.

  • Experiencia previa como maestro/a en un entorno escolar, preferiblemente con el Programa de los Años Primarios (PYP) de la Organización del Bachillerato Internacional (IB).

  • Conocimiento profundo de los principios pedagógicos y las mejores prácticas en educación primaria.

  • Capacidad para diseñar y ejecutar planes de estudio innovadores que promuevan el aprendizaje activo y el pensamiento crítico.

  • Habilidades sólidas de comunicación y colaboración con estudiantes, padres y colegas.

  • Compromiso con el crecimiento personal y profesional continuo.

Responsabilidades:

  • Planificar y enseñar clases basadas en los estándares del PYP IB, utilizando métodos de enseñanza diferenciados para satisfacer las necesidades individuales de los estudiantes.

  • Crear un ambiente de aprendizaje inclusivo y estimulante que fomente el desarrollo académico, social y emocional de los estudiantes.

  • Supervisar y apoyar el desarrollo profesional de otros miembros del equipo docente.

  • Colaborar con colegas, padres y la comunidad escolar para promover una cultura de aprendizaje colaborativo y participativo.

  • Participar en actividades extracurriculares y eventos escolares según sea necesario.
