We are currently seeking a skilled Production Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring our production processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Pay: $21.25/hour

Shift: 3rd shift

Location: Commerce City, CO

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor various types of production machinery.
  • Ensure machines are set up properly for each production cycle.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery and conduct repairs when necessary.
  • Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure quality output.
  • Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company procedures and regulations.
  • Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Basic understanding of machine controls and instrumentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Physical stamina and strength to lift and move heavy materials.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work in shifts and overtime if needed.
  • Ability to pass background and drug screenings
