If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We are seeking a driven Contract and Bid Administrator to join our exceptional team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere and enjoy the flexibility of a remote work setup.
You will provide overall support to business operations to Sales & Administration.
Responsibilities:
- Incoming Lead Assignments
- Contract Administration
- Bid Documents Preparation
- Conduct research to support bid documents and bid calendar
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of bid documents
- Office Team Timekeeping and Attendance.
- Invoicing Completed Projects
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with contracting
- Familiarity with QuickBooks
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- 3 years prior experience
