We are seeking a someone to fill our

Project Coordinator / Administration Position

We are a fast paced & Multi-facetted Construction Company

Responsibilities

· Work with Estimator, Project Manager and Client from the start of each project to ensure YOU understand the project scope and vision

· Set realistic expectations for the client

· Breakdown project into doable actions and time frames

· Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information to ensure project stays on schedule

· Help with obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities

· Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations

· Work as a liaison for the client and the office

· Help with preparing budgets

· Verify each phase of job is completed so next task can be scheduled

· Confirm completed work by subcontractors and technicians

· Act as a point of contact for all parties involved with project.

· Evaluate progress of project - Be prepared to report on all progress

· Analyze risk and opportunities

· Oversee project procurement and management

· Monitor project progress and handle and issues that arise

· Monitor hours, materials and subcontractors

· Issue or create appropriate legal paperwork (i.e. Liens)

· Maintain all job files

· Work with project manager to eliminate obstacles

· Act in a professional manner

· Be on time for any appointments with clients

· Manage the customer and their experience

· Maintain Job files

Skills Required:

· Multi Task

· Excellent Communication

· Knowledge of all Office Programs

· Knowledge of construction and construction process .
