Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  • Work hand in hand with Project Manager on all schedules and functions of local residential projects
  • Coordinate and schedule with Sub-Contractors on their duties per job
  • Communicate with designers and in office staff
  • Learn to read architectural and engineered blueprints to ensure the project is being built according to plans, specifications and code
  • Schedule building inspections through the full build cycle
  • Keep jobsites clean of trash and debris.
  • Assist in warranty calls after construction is complete
  • Travel between sites regularly
  • Reliable transportation is required
  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma is required
  • Bachelor’s degree or some college preferred, but not required
