PrideStaff is working with a premier client in search of an individual with Industrial Building Maintenance experience, looking to further develop their career. This is a temporary to hire position, ultimately transitioning to a salaried role, with a pay increase.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
  • Estimate time and extent of repairs
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance
  • Maintain material and supply inventory
  • Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
  • Assist with general tasks on your own
  • Maintaining general upkeep of perimeter of building
  • Assist with moving desks, computers and workstations as necessary
  • Charged with maintaining cleaning, plumbing, Hvac, electrical, waste management

​Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Handy, good diagnostic capability
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, as will be working for and with internal staff as well as outside vendors.
  • Supervisory experience
