We're seeking a diesel bus mechanic to lead our fleet maintenance team. The Lead Mechanic is a working leader of the maintenance facility which will distribute, assist and monitor work assignments as needed to achieve a constant work flow in a clean and safe environment.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to delegate/manage workflow
  • Ability to read and understand repair manuals and utilize software
  • Ability to pass pre-employment controlled substance test and criminal background check.
