Corporate Temps is seeking a Full Cycle Recruiter/Account Manager ready to hit the ground running, maintain a minimum of 80 calls daily to qualified candidates, clients, marketing to potential clients/candidates, assisting with the recruiting process, backing up account managers as a back up Account Manager, Managing new and existing clients by providing qualified candidate and administration duties involved in growing and fostering all Corporate Temps accounts by managing, hitting daily objectives, and Managing time management to get all objectives completed. Must be available in person between 7:30am-5:30pm and being available for our clients need 24/7 and available for Meetings/Job Fairs, Recruiting events, at anytime of the day any day of the week including weekends.

A full life cycle recruiter sets the recruitment goals for different departments based on business needs or the hiring manager’s requirements. The role and responsibilities of a full cycle recruiter are extensive, covering each step of the hiring process until the completion of a new hire’s probation period in the organization.

  • Maintaining at least a minimum of 80 calls daily to qualified candidate, clients, potential clients, and/or whomever management advises
  • Develop and customize hiring stages according to the job role
  • Source candidates using online and offline recruitment channels
  • Write job descriptions and post them on job boards
  • Create and place job ads on paid and unpaid platforms
  • Prepare interview questions
  • Run the interview process
  • Managing Accounts and growing current and existing accounts by any means necessary
  • Onsite visits to clients therefore professional attire and appearance daily is a Must
  • Establish hiring goals, including timeframes and deliverables
  • Organize career days, job fairs, and in-house HR events
  • Manage candidate data using data management tools such as ATS
  • Organize communication with candidates on one platform
  • Analyze recruitment metrics such as source-of-hire, cost-to-hire, and time-to-hire
  • Engage candidates, communicate, and maintain contact throughout the recruitment process
  • Build a talent pipeline
  • Maintain good professional relationships with past candidates
  • Screen candidates and decide on the selection methods
  • Develop assessment methods and analyze candidate’s job-related skills
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager to align candidate expectation
  • Review talent acquisition strategy and HR Practices applied through the entire recruitment process
  • Onboard successful candidates and new hires
  • Negotiate salary and describe contract details to successful candidates
  • Discuss terms of employment and job specifications with selected applicants
  • Report to management
  • Any additional needs the company may need
