Job DescriptionJob Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Practice Management:

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical practice, including patient scheduling, front-office activities, and overall workflow.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and patient care.
    • Manage and lead administrative and clinical staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
    • Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize practice performance and patient satisfaction.

  • Financial Management:

    • Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure the practice meets its financial goals.
    • Analyze financial reports, identify trends, and implement cost-saving measures.
    • Oversee billing, collections, and revenue cycle management to maximize practice profitability

 

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Health Administration, or related field, or a Medical Practice related Certification from a recognized Medical Practice organization.

Acceptable Certificates:

  • Certified Professional Coder (CPC)
  • Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA)
  • Certified Professional Practice Manager (CPPM)
  • Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC)
