Press Brake Operator

Duties/Responsibilities/Skills:

  • Read and interpret customer drawings.
  • Produce quality, error free parts with precision on customer specifications.
  • Read blueprints, tape measure, and caliper.
  • Review traveler/prints to determine what needs to be bent.
  • Be able to follow directions in a fast-paced environment while completing jobs in allotted time frames.
  • Have great communication skills.

 

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Amada and/or Cincinnati Press Brake Experience a preferred, but not required.
  • 1 year of Manufacturing preferred

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking with frequent pulling, pushing, lifting, & bending.
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds daily.
  • All personal protective equipment must be worn where necessary (i.e. safety glasses, shoes, etc.)

 

Education:

  • High School or equivalent preferred

 

Salary:

  • Starting at $18- $27/hour (based on knowledge and experience)

 

Schedule:

  • 8-10 hour shifts
  • Monday-Friday
  • Daytime
  • *3 Twelve Hour Shifts, Paid for 40 Hours (Monday-Wednesday, 3pm to 3am) also available.
