Applicants must be able to perform duties including but not limited to greeting and communicating with clients, maintaining positive client connections, scheduling appointments, overseeing the intake of new clients, sorting incoming documents, archiving flies, and providing assistance on cases to the legal team as needed. We are looking for a strong attention to detail, proficiency in managing multiple priorities, ability to work independently, and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word.
Hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30AM-5:00PM and Friday 8:30AM-4:00PM. Candidates should be able to start within two weeks.
Job Type: Full-time
Rate of Pay: $15/hour
