What You’ll Do:
As the Director, you will:

- Optimize Performance: Oversee the operation and maintenance of technicians, ensuring peak performance and uninterrupted service delivery.
- Manage Projects: Take ownership of projects from initiation through completion—balancing planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and timelines to achieve success.
- Cultivate Relationships: Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to execute projects efficiently and effectively.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience Matters: You have extensive experience in fiber installation, network design, and operations within the telecommunications landscape.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies, protocols, and best practices.
- Proven Leader: A successful track record in project management, vendor relations, and strategic planning in a tech-oriented environment.
