Job Title: Project Architect / Project Manager (Hybrid or Remote)
Must reside in the U.S.
Project Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess either Assembly, Entertainment, and/or Amphitheater project experience
Other project types within the firm include Low-mid-and high rise, entertainment, sports and recreation, faith-based, and general commercial.
You have:
At least 5 – 10 years of professional experience required
Degree in Architecture
Architectural License preferred, but not required
Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
Demonstrates success in building and growing client relationships.
Strong relationship and customer service aptitude
Time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong collaborative and critical thinking skills
Effective team player with the ability to work independently
You Will:
Work directly with clients and collaborate with project team from schematic design through construction documents to client completion
Develop and review building plans in collaboration with project teams
Participate in project meetings
Manage site planning and compliance
