We are seeking an experienced Apartment Property/Leasing Manager to become a part of our team The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator, organized; detail oriented and accurate with numbers; have leasing and customer service experience; ability to work under pressure; self-motivated, self-directed; ability to assert oneself; exemplary time management skills; ability to work with staff in solving problems and ability to take direction and function as part of a team.

 The Property Manager is charged with supporting management and leasing efforts in the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures and programs that will assure a well-leased and managed property, placing maximum emphasis on positive responses to the concerns and needs of tenants and safety. In the absence of Executive team, the Property Manager must provide “in charge” responsibilities for the properties. These responsibilities include leasing, lease application verification,  tenant relations, The Property Manager handles tenant concerns and service requests, and must be familiar with the terms of tenant leases.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma and  two to three years industry experience/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Familiarity with Apartment leasing & lease language
• Working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and other office equipment
