Job Description: As a Manufacturing Engineer at Reuland Electric Motor Company, you will play a crucial role in improving our manufacturing processes, enhancing product quality, and increasing efficiency. You will work closely with our production team to develop and implement manufacturing methods that ensure the highest standards of quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Analyze and optimize production workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct time studies and capacity analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Provide technical support and training to production staff.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment.
  • Proficiency in Mastercam software and other engineering tools.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
