Job DescriptionJob Description

The Five Towns Premier Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is looking for a motivated team oriented Food Service Supervisor

Must be able to work every other weekend

The Food Service Supervisor is primarily responsible for training, orientation, developing and overseeing the day to day operation of the dietary staff

Must possess the ability to lead and motivate staff

Manage staffing and scheduling

Supervise the kitchen staff as well as maintain professionalism at all times

Experience with geriatric menu is a plus

Dietary supervisor experience is a plus
