We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Inventory Construction Laborer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain an accurate inventory of materials being dispatched and returned on company trucks daily. This position requires strong attention to detail, alertness, and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with construction material is beneficial but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately track, record, receive, and inspect materials going out and coming back in on company trucks.

- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies.

- Maintain an organized inventory system to ensure efficient and accurate tracking.

- Perform site visits to verify inventory and ensure proper material handling occasionally.

- Communicate effectively with the operations and construction teams to coordinate material needs.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

- Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and self-motivate.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Willingness to visit construction sites as required.

- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

- Experience in construction material inventory is a plus but not required.

- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual labor for extended periods.
