RESPONSIBILITIES

What You Can Expect Day-to-Day

Fulfilling a crucial role within our service team, the core responsibilities of this position encompass:

  • Handle residential service work, ensuring high-quality plumbing services.
  • Perform both inside and outside plumbing assignments, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate and timely service records and reports.
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company safety standards and regulations, working in a safe manner.
  • Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize service schedules and manage service calls efficiently.
  • Participate in all company-sponsored training classes.
  • Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues expediently.
  • Evaluate service calls and ensure the best approach to each service appointment.
  • Coordinate with customers and the dispatch team throughout the day for optimal service delivery.
  • Flexible to work on projects as needed when not performing service tasks.
  • Perform other related plumbing duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS

What it Takes

The ideal Plumber or Plumbing Apprentice is a meticulous, detail-oriented individual committed to precision, accuracy, and excellence.

Minimum Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • 3 years of plumbing experience.
  • Proficiency in all aspects of plumbing.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
