Customer Service Representative

Location:
Middleboro, MA

Opportunity to work with a great company
Hours:

  • Full time/In office
  • M-F 8-5

Job Requirements:

· 2+ customer service experience

· Order Entry/pricing/quoting

· Customer contact

· Good Systems- Excel

· Attention to detail

Duties

  • Email customers of price increases.
  • Review and enter orders with correct pricing and provide confirmation, freight, and delivery information.
  • Monitor key accounts and initiate order follow-up.
  • Answer basic product questions.
  • First point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Provide customer feedback.
  • Assist in the resolution of any order issues.

 

Pay Rate:

· $20-24/hr
