Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives

- Develop and implement account strategies to drive business growth and achieve client goals

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services

- Monitor account performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations

- Prepare reports and presentations to update clients on account status and progress

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide strategic insights to clients

- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with clients in a professional manner

- Conduct warm calls to existing and potential clients

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

- Identify new business opportunities and drive business development efforts

- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer interactions

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Entry Level Sales Account Manager located in Williamsville, NY. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for customer satisfaction, account management, customer service, lead generation, and communication. We are expanding our operations and looking for someone who wants a career with high income potential and security.

Key Responsibilities

· Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives

· Develop and implement account strategies to drive business growth and achieve client goals

Qualifications

· Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, and Customer Service

· Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation and effective Communication

· Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers

· Strong presentation and negotiation skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets

· Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
