We are seeking a friendly, organized, and enthusiastic Salon Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our salon. If you have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for the beauty industry, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon’s appointment book
  • Handle client inquiries, providing information about salon services and promotions
  • Ensure the front desk and reception area are clean, organized, and well-maintained
  • Process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments accurately
  • Assist in retail sales of salon products
  • Coordinate with stylists and other staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain client records and manage salon software systems
  • Address client concerns and ensure a high level of client satisfaction
  • Assist with light administrative tasks as needed

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and salon software systems (training will be provided)
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (closed Sundays and Mondays, closed on holidays)
