ASSISTANT MANAGER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Must be available to work 2-9PM Shifts & Some Weekends
  • Manages and develops employees that work as a team and are loyal to the Tropical Smoothie Cafe© brand standards.
  • Maintains and exceeds customer expectations to build brand loyalty.
  • Presents a consistent, professional image of the cafe and crew by maintaining all sanitation and appearance standards.
  • Communicates and stays updated on all marketing and promotional materials. Executes marketing and sales programs, following appropriate guidelines.
  • Builds café sales by cultivating relationships in the business community and initiating local store marketing campaigns
  • Assists Manager with scheduling
  • Assists Manager with inventory management
  • Monitors and adjust labor as needed

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience required.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Servsafe Certification preferred.
