Commercial HVAC Technician

As a Commercial HVAC Technician with at least 10 years of hands-on experience (minimum 5 years commercial), you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our commercial clients. Your role will involve a combination of technical expertise, troubleshooting, customer service, and a commitment to upholding our company's values.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting installations, repairs, and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, rooftop units, and ventilation systems.
2. Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment malfunctions to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
3. Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency.
4. Collaborating with customers to understand their HVAC needs, provide recommendations, and deliver high-quality solutions.
5. Ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout all HVAC operations.
6. Documenting work performed, including parts used, time spent, and recommendations for future maintenance or upgrades.
7. Providing technical guidance and training to apprentices as needed.
8. Maintaining a clean and organized service vehicle and work environment.

Qualifications:

• • Minimum of 10 years of experience as an HVAC Technician, minimum five years of that in commercial
  • Proficiency in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial HVAC systems.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC principles, equipment, controls, and components.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Willingness to train apprentices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Oregon LEB license
  • Extra incentive for a Washington 06A and/or Oregon CL3, CL5 Boiler licensing
