Journeyman Plumber

Job Duties:
·Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for commercial and industrial properties.
·Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan plumbing installations and layouts.
·Install and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, and appliances.
·Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues using diagnostic equipment.
·Troubleshoot plumbing problems and implement effective solutions.
·Participate in on call rotation.
·Mentor, guide and instruct plumbing apprentices.
·Collaborate with team members, including apprentices and technicians, to complete projects efficiently.
·Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and hours worked.
·Maintain, support and adhere to site-specific safety protocols at all times.
·Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, explaining plumbing issues, and recommending appropriate solutions.
·Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, required safety trainings, and best practices through continuous learning and training.

Requirements:
·Valid Journeyman Plumber license/certification.
·2-3 years proven experience as a Journeyman Plumber or similar role.
·In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
·Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
·Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and heights.

·Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
·Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
·Willingness to work flexible hours and on call rotation.
·Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
·Pass pre-employment drug screen.
