  • Administer medications and provide essential wound care, demonstrating your expertise and compassion.
  • Utilize advanced technology like HomeCare HomeBase to streamline documentation and enhance communication.

What You Bring:

  • Active RN licensure in Indiana.
  • At least one year of recent experience in home health.
  • Proficiency in OASIS documentation and HomeCare HomeBase, or a willingness to learn.
  • Experience with a home-to-home workload is a plus.
  • Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
