Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for VoIP, software, hardware, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, network servers, and software
- Set up and troubleshoot user accounts and permissions
- Assist with IT infrastructure maintenance and upgrades
- Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolution or escalation
- Document support activities and maintain knowledge base
- Collaborate with vendor support teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Experience:
- REQUIRED: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Network Support or VoIP Customer Support
- REQUIRED: Hands on experience configuring IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, and storage systems
- Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting, including Office applications and operating systems (Windows, macOS)
- Experience with managing Active Directory
- Experience with remote support tools and VPN technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose technical issues
- Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills
- Experience with the RMM ticketing systems. Datto and Autotask are preferred
