Komline-FluidQuip is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team This role will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of our products throughout the manufacturing and assembly process. This role requires a meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and proven track record of maintaining high quality standards in a machinery manufacturing environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the quality assurance process from start to finish, including inspection, testing, and documentation of products.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of products at various stages of production to identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities to specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspection results, test data, and quality documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance product quality, efficiency, and effectiveness, collaborating with cross functional teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues in a timely manner, implementing corrective and preventative actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and join venture partners to address quality concerns, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by proactively seeking out opportunities to enhance quality processes, systems, and procedures.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management and 5 years of experience in quality assurance within machinery manufacturing or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles, statistical process control, and quality inspection techniques.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-function teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office particularly Excel and quality management systems.
