We are supporting the recruitment of a Human Resources Assistant for a global logistics company in the Carson area.

Location: Rancho Dominguez/Carson, CA
Role: Human Resources Assistant
Pay Rate: $20+ per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time, in-person (M-F; 8-5pm) 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources team.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks, including background checks, file creation, and data entry using the company’s internal systems.
  • Manage employee records, update status changes, and handle pay-related information.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of clerical experience, preferably in a human resources department.
  • Proficient with general office equipment and software programs, including Excel and Word.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Bilingual in English and Japanese.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
