What matter most as the Bilingual Human Resources Generalist:

· Pay starting at $60,000 annually.

· Direct hire opportunity

What to expect as the Bilingual Human Resources Generalist:

· Research and recommend new sources for candidate recruiting, including social media.

· Effectively write and place advertising across all social media platforms

· Hire qualified personnel, working closely with hiring managers.

· Serve as backup for the Payroll Process

· Conduct New Hire Orientation either as a primary or as a co-facilitator.

· Enter new hires into ADP systems and eVerify – following up on missing documents.

· Complete verification of employment requests

· Manage employee access badge system.

 

Your experience as the Bilingual Human Resources Generalist:

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent experience.

· One year of recruiting experience

· Minimum two years of experience in Human Resources

· Solid working knowledge of the ADP system and reporting.
