Introduction:

Fulcrum Recruitment, LLC. has an excellent opportunity for high-potential individuals with the right character traits to succeed in the training and security advising field. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a variety of backgrounds and education levels to join a team of Training Project Assistants (TPAs). TPAs will be selected and trained by Fulcrum and upon successful completion of all required instruction will be full-time employees of Fulcrum Recruitment’s parent company. Under the parent company, TPAs will then travel to various client locations throughout the US to provide tailored instruction to meet client-specific needs. While in training, candidates will receive a stipend/cost of living allowance of $260 per working day as a student. Following training, successful graduates can expect a salary range of $80,000 to $85,000 with a comprehensive benefits package with ample time off and the opportunity for career advancement. We foster a culture of inclusion for all employees where individual strengths are respected. We are an equal opportunity employer.

Who We are: We are a growing recruiting and training firm that specializes in security and training solutions. We also seek those who have the confidence to decide and act with minimal supervision while also functioning smoothly in a team environment.
