Join Our Team as a Front of House Manager

Steny’s Tavern is a family-owned sports bar and grill that has been around for nearly 40 years We are about to open up a second location in Pewaukee and are on the hunt for our Front of House Manager. If you are passionate about creating memorable dining experiences in a team-focused environment, we have the perfect opportunity for you

**Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the front-of-house operations, including but not limited to scheduling, floor management, and staff supervision.
  • Lead by example on the restaurant floor, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and mutual respect among staff members.
  • Communicate effectively with all team members, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency, striving to resolve any issues to the satisfaction of our guests.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the front-of-house area.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant industry, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with staff and customers alike.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
