About Us:

Broad Real Estate is a leading provider of management services for, a dynamic multi-tenant space located at the waterfront of Jersey City. We take pride in creating an inclusive and collaborative environment that caters to the diverse needs of our tenants. As we expand our service offerings, we are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented individual to join us as an Office Building Concierge.

Responsibilities:

 

Concierge Services:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees from various businesses within the building with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Act as a liaison between tenants and management, addressing inquiries and coordinating services.
  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries, providing information or redirecting as necessary.
  • manage deliveries and packages to and from the office building.
  • Coordinate with different businesses to fulfill specific needs or requests.

 

Office Support:

  • Maintain common areas to the highest standards to enhance the overall experience for all tenants.
  • Assist in managing shared facilities and resources.

 

Communication:

  • Foster positive relationships with tenants and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Provide regular updates to management on tenant feedback and building operations.
