Skills required:

  • Answer phones
  • Schedule patients with multiple providers
  • Verify insurance
  • Obtain referrals & authorizations
  • Assist with patient paperwork & office flow
  • Collect fees
  • Manage patient files
  • Navigate through EHR software to input charges and co-pays.
