The individual will be responsible for all aspects of desktop/laptop systems, communications, hardware/software and office systems.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Set-up configure and support PCs/Laptops/networks
  • Maintain all systems, applications, security and network configurations
  • Be able to run Network cables
  • Troubleshoot network performance issues
  • Work on upgrades, patches, and equipment
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users
  • Provide Help Desk Support
  • Strong writing skills and communications
  • Rely on instructions and per-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
  • Must be able to work on escalation tickets and help team members
  • Must have at least 3-years hands on experience
  • Office 365 experience
  • ConnectWise experience is a plus.
Must have minimum 2 years IT Helpdesk experience
