Doorkeeper is dedicated to outstanding customer service and providing exquisite living and working experience for our tenants.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning such as mopping, dusting, vacuuming, window washing, janitorial responsibilities, trash removal and ground clean up.
- Maintain efficient operation and upkeep of properties buildings and grounds.
- Perform routine maintenance punch lists on vacant units prior to new tenants’ occupancy.
- Respond to tenant service requests, enter and track requests using a work order system.
- Keep all amenity areas clean and in an operable condition.
- Coordinate daily activities by giving progress updates, communicate frequently with operations staff and perform any tasks within the maintenance department.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- U.S. citizen or equivalent documentation
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English (bi-lingual highly weighted)
- Proficient in use of technology such as MS Office software, Outlook etc.
- Able to think logically to troubleshoot, analyze situations, and make sound business decisions.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail
- Residential/Commercial cleaning experience highly weighted
- Must be able for on-call work
- Able to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in House Keeping Janitorial maintenance related field (e.g. House cleaning, hotel housekeeping or Janitorial). Further experience in a specific field will be highly weighted.
