This is not a sales position. We charge on the high end for immigration legal services in AZ. We are fast-growing, international team, which means we have not perfected our systems and procedures. This can be stressful and chaotic at times. To succeed in this role, you must have grit and be committed to personal development, team building, delegation, sales, customer service, and project management.
Role Objective
Sales Associates/Strategists are responsible for leading legal consultations and closing sales with potential new clients (PNCs), removing fear from the immigration process, and helping to change their lives, thereby achieving sales growth and hitting sales targets.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Align with the Firm’s core values.
- Remove the fear from the process.
- Prepare and identify potential clients' qualifications.
- Prepare for and lead daily strategy sessions/consultation with potential clients to understand their legal needs and provide an overview of our firm's services.
- Update the outcome of each client consultation in the CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date potential client records.
- Maintain a daily spreadsheet and complete tasks on CRM system to effective workflow on KPIs.
- Consistent follow-up with clients to encourage them to hire our services; address any additional questions or concerns.
- Coordinate and schedule introduction calls with the legal team to facilitate a smooth transition process from the sales department to the legal department, ensuring all client needs and information are effectively communicated.
- Review and provide contracts to clients who have contracted our services, ensuring that all terms, conditions, and legal requirements are met. Collaborate with the legal team as necessary to clarify legal aspects.
- Actively participate in and complete any required training programs related to sales techniques, legal services.
- Handle contract changes for current clients who are changing legal departments.
Requirements
- Bilingual English / Spanish
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Embrace change as an opportunity for growth and adaptation
- Strong time management skills
- Passion--and I'm talking on-FIYAH passion--for changing the lives of the immigrant community
- Sales, retail, or waiter experience required
- Basic Immigration Law knowledge a plus
KPIs
- Complete 20 minutes of sales training daily.
- Host/lead 25 Strategy Sessions with PNCs per week.
- Complete 20 sales call backs or follow ups per week.
- Personal average sales conversion rate of 35% monthly.
- 80% success rate of team total lives changed (sales) monthly.
- Minimum sales revenue achieved by team monthly (78% of sales revenue goal).
Compensation
- $55k/year base, plus monthly performance bonuses.
- 5 weeks PTO/year.
