Accounts Payable Specialist Job Description:

PrideStaff Financial is working with a rapidly growing technology company in search of an Accounts Payable Specialist.  The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for entering data, processing payments and ensuring payments match records. The ideal Accounts Payable Specialist demonstrates an eye for detail, excellent communication and time management skills while working with numbers in a fast paced environment. The Accounts Payable Specialist position is a full time, temp to hire in office position in Rocklin, CA.

 

Accounts Payable Specialist Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Process Payments, Enter Corresponding Data & Verify Accuracy 

  • Work With The Accounting Department Helping to Meet All Deadlines

  • Review & Audit Spreadsheets For Data Analysis

  • Answer Customer Calls & Follow up in a Timely Manner 

  • Work With Internal Team to Meet Deadlines & Provide Feedback Regarding Accounts

  • Assist With Additional Accounts Payable & Accounting Needs 

 

Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements & Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

  • AA In Accounting, Finance or Related Field Required 

  • 2+ Years of Accounts Payable Experience Preferred 

  • Excellent, Time Management & Analytical Skills Required

  • Experience Using Computers Including Spreadsheets, Adobe Acrobat & Accounting Software

  • Demonstrate Excellent Communication & Organizational Skills 

  • Professional Attire, Consistent Punctuality & Attendance Required
