Front Desk Receptionist Pediatrics

We’re looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, is a team player, and has a strong work ethic. The Pediatric Front Desk Receptionist is primarily responsible for checking patients into the office for their appointments, reviewing patient demographics, verifying insurance eligibility, collecting copays, and scheduling follow up appointments, as well as other duties as assigned. The position is for 40 hours per week and may include some evenings (until 6pm).
Qualifications: • Previous customer service experience • High school degree or equivalent • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment • Ability to multitask and prioritize work responsibilities • Experience in a healthcare setting with computer skills is preferred
