Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant - LTC
Location: Hackensack NJ 07601
Shift: 7A-3:30P
Duration: 3 Months with high possibility of extension
Pay Range: $27 to $34/Hour.
Job Description:
· Part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered nursing and rehabilitation services to patients.
· Provides direct resident care to ensure resident’s plan of care is followed.
· Provides the highest level of service to all patient’s, families, and visitors to ensure satisfaction.
· Completes all required documentation as per state/federal and facility guidelines.
· Essential Generic Job Functions:
· Provides patient care, as per Patient Care Plan, including but not limited to ROM exercises, ambulation, transfer training, assisting with feeding and calorie counts, bed making, personal hygiene, skin checks.
Skills:
· Must be a Certified Nurse Assistant with a permanent NJ CNA license and a minimum of 2 years prior experience working as a CNA in an LTC (subacute skilled nursing) setting.
· Must be willing to manage care for patients with a variety of conditions, including COVID+ patients (NO EXCEPTIONS).
· Must be willing to float throughout facility as needed (between vent, rehab, post op, COVID, etc.).
· Will be working in a rehabilitation (skilled nursing) facility with subacute (short term) patient.
Education:
· High School or GED.
Certifications:
· CNA – New Jersey
· BLS – American Heart Association
