We need someone who not only has the technical skills to understand and resolve customer concerns but can also exhibit a friendly customer-focused attitude both in person and on the phone.   WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE  
  • Assist customers over the telephone and email with product choices, product updates, problem resolution, and process orders through the ERP system.
  • Relay customer feedback to appropriate individuals in sales, quality assurance, technical, production, admin, accounting, and marketing.
  • Possess knowledge of our products and resolve problems ensuring customer satisfaction with adherence to the organization’s policies.
  • Specialized job factors: Sample orders, faxed orders, and private account management for at least two accounts.
WHAT WE SEEK 
  • High School diploma required or a bachelor’s degree
  • Chemistry-minded or degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
 SOFTWARE AND COMPUTER SKILLS
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel) required
  • Multifaceted ERP working knowledge
  • Extremely proficient in Outlook (majority of orders). Must know how to set rules, and flag emails while working in ERP and Excel
 INTERPERSONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  • Must be an excellent communicator, collaborator, team member, and independent contributor
  • Must be highly detail-oriented, strong in developing project plans, capable of breaking down the steps and goals, and documenting progress/issues with clarity and accuracy.
  • Exceptionally organized and must work as a self-starter
  • Team mentality is a must
  • Skilled at working through difficult situations with customers while always remaining professional
  • Able to work remotely with minimal distractions (quiet place). Onsite training required; must occasionally work onsite for meetings, training, etc.
