FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-exempt
Hours: Full-Time Positions / Multiple Shift Needs
Rate: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour based on experience and skill set hired for. Bonus programs available.
Responsibilities and Duties: We are looking for multiple multi-faceted and skilled people in Production Equipment Operation, Product Assembly, Product Fabrication, Crating/Shipping experience.
Schedule: Weekdays - Monday thru Friday with some weekend work needs based on the business’ production needs.
Worker Skills: Motivated people with the ability to follow directions and work efficiently and effectively, within a fast-paced manufacturing and assembly facility, hyper focused on producing quality products in a safe and encouraging environment for our teammates.
Experience: Some experience is preferred but requirements based on each individual position needs. Experienced Welders Wanted
Physical Demands: Certain assignments may require the ability to lift up to 50 lbs with reasonable accommodations.
Work Environment: Architectural Product Manufacturing and Assembly Facility.
