Job DescriptionJob Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scanning all customer invoices into the system daily.
  • Match and batch paperwork (invoices & credits) accurately and under time-constraints.
  • Provide clerical support to Accounting Department on a regular basis.
  • Provide support to various needs of the accounting department such as data entry, scanning documents, copying, filing, answer phones, coding and processing invoices, and working with excel spreadsheets. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service or reception experience in a business environment.
  • Handle basic accounting clerical work.
  • Previous experience in Accounting system such as SAP (Entry Level) 
  • Proficient and accurate data-entry skills.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office such as Outlook, Excel and Word, type 40 words per minute.

 

Qualities Required:

  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Typing, sitting for extended periods of time.

 

Education:

  • High School or GED

 

Equipment Used:

  • Can effectively use copy machine, fax, telephone with minimal training
