We are looking for responsible Managers assistance to work in our Maintenance Department
Responsibilities include:
- Communicate with clients to resolve issues
- Communicate with vendors
- Create work orders
- Receive and schedule all incoming bids/estimates
- Property inspections
- Work closely with property managers to complete tasks
- Set up appointments
- Draft routine correspondence/notices to clients
- Providing admin support
- Greet incoming customers
The ideal candidate is someone who pays attention to detail and is very organized; Professional demeanor who has a friendly can-do attitude. Must be able to work independently yet know when to ask for assistance in order to successfully complete assignments on time. Must be able to manage multiple priorities. Requirement:
- Customer service, phone & computer skills needed
- Ability to work alone and in a team setting
- Professional grammar and spelling knowledge required
- Must have a reliable vehicle, insurance, and clean driving record
- Punctual and reliable
This is a full-time position and starts at $20-$21 DOE. Benefits include generous PTO, medical, and dental available.
