Salary: $60,000 per year
Shift: Tuesday - Friday 6pm to 4:30am

What’s a typical day as an Insert Supervisor? You’ll be:
• Signing off on all jobs, including material/media/indicia verification.
• Ensuring all Associates have received proper training and conducting quality and ISO training.
• Cross-training associates across Production Operations to reduce labor costs and optimize equipment usage.
• Managing mail industry production, including Manual Insertion and Postal sort, and understanding capabilities, workflow enhancements, and limitations.
• Prioritizing and completing jobs on the Must-Mail list, supervising "hot jobs," and meeting deadlines.
• Coordinating with the Warehouse staff to ensure accurate inventory counts and timely material availability.
• Collaborating with outside vendors to accommodate sorting needs and forecast labor requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and promoting a safe work environment.
• Coaching, counseling, motivating, and developing production staff, conducting performance appraisals, and facilitating career development opportunities.
