We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Life Insurance Sales Representatives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help families and individuals secure their financial futures by offering affordable life insurance solutions. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing support, and competitive compensation to help you succeed in this rewarding career.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

    • Utilize various prospecting methods such as networking, referrals, and community outreach to generate leads.
    • Contact potential clients to schedule appointments and conduct insurance needs assessments.
  2. Client Needs Analysis and Financial Education:

    • Conduct thorough financial needs analyses to understand clients' goals, assets, liabilities, and insurance needs.
    • Educate clients about the importance of life insurance and how it can protect their loved ones financially in the event of death or disability.
    • Present Primerica's suite of life insurance products and help clients select the most suitable options based on their individual circumstances.
  3. Sales Presentations and Closing:

    • Deliver engaging and informative sales presentations to clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and affordability of Primerica's insurance products.
    • Address client objections and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
    • Close sales and complete necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  4. Client Relationship Management:

    • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, including policy servicing, claims assistance, and policy reviews.
    • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional coverage or referrals.
  5. Compliance and Documentation:

    • Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies regarding sales practices, disclosure, and documentation.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy information in accordance with company guidelines.

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong work ethic and self-motivation to achieve sales targets and objectives. Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships based on trust and integrity. Life insurance license required, we can assist with the licensing process. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
