We are looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team at [Your Dental Practice Name] Our focus is to create a positive dental experience for patients and their families while having fun as a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Establish rapport and build trusting relationships between the office and patients.
  • Present recommended treatment options to patients.
  • Educate patients on diagnosis and treatment choices, and answer related questions.
  • Discuss financial options with patients.
  • Effectively close and secure appointments for dental services.
  • Record and follow up on all pending treatments.
  • Assist the team with various office tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service background.
  • Competency in MS Office and relevant databases.
  • Familiarity with dental software (Eaglesoft preferred).
  • Ability to solve common problems and provide immediate solutions.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: $18 - $23 per hour
  • Additional benefits available based on experience and performance.
