We are excited to offer immediate opportunities for dynamic, results-driven entry-level sales and lead generation professionals at our clients’ Englewood, CO location. Join their energetic team and help expand our customer base in the Camping and RV industry by leveraging your communication skills and passion for sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Make 150-200 outbound calls per day, aiming for 6-8 qualified transfers to boost our policyholder numbers.
  • Qualify leads based on set criteria before transferring them to the sales team.
  • Take on additional tasks as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a degree is preferred.
  • Preferably, at least one year of experience in lead generation, sales, and/or call center environments.
  • Previous outbound calling experience is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on active listening.
  • Basic computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn in-house software.
  • Assertive and persuasive demeanor without being aggressive.
  • Self-motivated and dependable.

Additional Information:

  • Hours of Operation: Subject to change
  • Special Notes:
    • Flexible work schedules may include Saturdays.
    • 30 – 40 hour work week
